Bay Area Underwater Explorer’s Cozumel Tech Trek

Led by instructor Alberto Nava, Bay Area Underwater Explorers (ΒΑUE) held its fourth annual tech trek to Cozumel, Mexico in early September. An epic time was had by all. Here are some videos of the diving created by Kevin Schapansky.

Kevin Schapansky is an unprofessional tech/cave diver based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been active with his local GUE group, Bay Area Underwater Explorers, for over a third of a decade. His free time is occupied figuring out the wrong way to shoot underwater video. When not exploring the waters around Monterey he can be found tying blue cave-line on miscellaneous objects.
